Adventist Community Services (ACS) is an outreach ministry of the North American Division of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. NAD ACS is the umbrella organization under which our local ACS center operates. Whittier ACS ministry seeks to meet the physical and spiritual needs of our local community. Our ACS center operates a food pantry in partnership with the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank. We offer food, clothes, basic supplies, Bible study materials, and support groups to individuals and families in need. These services are provided year-round to all individuals, regardless of race or religious affiliation. Drop offs are welcome when the Community Closet is open. 2nd & 4th Saturdays between  3 – 5 pm or by appointment.

The California Department of Aging (CDA) administers programs that serve older adults, adults with disabilities, family caregivers, and residents in long-term care facilities throughout the state.
