Description of Pathfinders

Pathfinders is a club where children starting from the age of 10 can come together to build a closer relationship with Jesus, while also building closer relationships with other counselors and children their age. Each age group is divided into a class where they study and learn the Bible together. In addition to learning more about the Bible, they learn valuable life skills, and become rewarded for them. Each pathfinder can have a variety of honors to complete so that they may earn a badge. The honor includes a lesson about the skill and hands on experience how to do it. This can range from sports to arts to cooking. Every counselor provides a safe and secure environment to help each child learn their best. Each year students will graduate from their class and earn all the badges for the honors they have completed to add to their pathfinder uniform. Throughout the year the children will have a chance to read, learn, grow, complete honors, and more importantly create relationships with their friends and Jesus.

Pathfinder Activities

One of the best things about Pathfinders is the diverse ways our counselors and helpers educate the youth. From learning knots to memorizing bible verses; our Pathfinders never fail to seek and learn more about God. In the past, we’ve done camping, bible bowls, and other fun activities. We actively study God’s word and engage in many deep spiritual discussions.

Some activities we also do:

-Seasonal events
-Ice skating
-Fairs and festivals
-Outdoor games
-Rose Parade
-Toy drive
-Game nights
